Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7/365. Response times are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, and service demand. We strive to respond within 60 minutes in our primary service area.

Insurance Claims

We work with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing. However, you are ultimately responsible for understanding your insurance coverage and any deductibles or out-of-pocket expenses.

3. Payment Terms

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Secure pets during service visits

• Notify us immediately of any concerns during the project
