“I was referred to K&M by my Home Owners Ins. Company as well as a couple of other Construction and Roofing teams. I had called upon them to check on my Roof and some other things at my Home.One of the Teams I had called had said I needed a total new Roof. K&M and the other Inspector had said my Roof was Excellent and looks in Great Shape. While here I had the K&M inspector to check on some work on my Garage. The Gentleman came to my door to tell me the good news of the Roof and had said he fixed the Garage,he told me to come and look,so I did it looked so much better,it was some siding and a gutter loose.I said what do I owe you and he responded nothing it didn't take much. I had some Concrete Block work that needed repair so I called them back they came,fixed my repairs while I was working and later that evening the Gentleman called and said how does the repairs look? I checked their work and was so pleased that they were so on point and meticulous with the job they did for me! It is not everyday that you can allow a crew to come to your home and do a job without overseeing them. I find them to be very honest,precise and would use them again and highly recommend them.
